We are not an auctioneer and are not involved in the actual transactions between Buyers and Sellers.

Our services are limited to providing bid-based or flat price buying models enabling Buyers and Sellers to transact between themselves.

2. DEFINITIONS

Ad Space - means the space contained on the publisher's website, email newsletters or other advertising property.

Ad - includes all forms of graphics, rich media and other advertisements by Buyer, whether transmitted visually over the Internet, including all content contained therein.

Advertiser - includes any member of ads-bitcoin.com buys advertising space on the ads-bitcoin.com network

Contract Period - means the period of time that Seller agrees to lease its Ad Space to Buyer in accordance with the terms and conditions of Seller's listing.

Member - means any member of ads-bitcoin.com including Advertiser and Publisher.

Publisher - means any member of ads-bitcoin.com who creates a listing for the sale of Ad Space.

Site Content - means the website content or other property on which the Ad Space appears or is to appear.

Site Content Page - means the page(s) of the website on which the Ad Space appears or is to appear.
